Located in the award winning Lucien LaGrange designed Erie on the Park, we were involved in the unit before the original owner took delivery. Our adjustments to the original plans include replacing the master bedroom wall with clear, floor to ceiling butted glass opening a view to the rest of the unit.
The original, somewhat banal “L” shaped kitchen layout was discarded in favor of a dramatic line of floor to ceiling tall cabinets and a single long island. Both bathrooms and the powder room were redone completely and the master bedroom walk-in closet was replaced by two large aluminum and glass sliding doors which houses a site-specific designed rift sawn white oak closet built-ins. This unit is the only unit Lucien Lagrange shows on its website for the interior of the building.
